Frequently Asked Questions

You can dispose of most household, construction and demolition debris in our dumpsters. However, there are restrictions on hazardous materials such as paints, oils, asbestos, chemical products, tires and batteries. It’s always best to call us with a complete list of prohibited items, but a good rule of thumb is: IF IT DOESN’T GO IN YOUR WEEKLY TRASH PICKUP, it can’t go in our dumpsters

Big Daddy Dumpsters, LLC offers standard rental periods and are typically 1 to 14 day rentals. If you need the dumpster for longer, please let us know and we can discuss extending your rental period for an additional fee.

The cost depends on the dumpster size, the duration of the rental and the type of waste you’re disposing of. Our prices include delivery, pickup, taxes and/or fuel charges and a set weight limit for each size ordered. Additional charges may apply if the dumpster is over the weight allowance, has prohibited items or if there are issues when picking up.

If the dumpster is placed on private property like your driveway, you typically do not need a permit. However, if you place to place the dumpster on public property, such as a street, parking lot, etc. You may need a permit from your local city or town. We recommend checking with them. Big Daddy Dumpsters, LLC is not responsible for contacting your jurisdiction for permits.

Our dumpsters feature a "Maximum Capacity Line." To facilitate the safe and legal transport of your load, it is essential that no debris extends beyond the top or edges of the container. This policy is in place to prevent hazardous road conditions during transit. Big Daddy Dumpsters disclaims any responsibility for debris that may fall or be left behind.
